Wonderful were the days
Incomparable were the gays.
Knee-length knickers
A long hanging tie
A bright red face
Always looking at the sky.
Silly jokes, stupid acts
Flying those planes, spreading trash.
That spoiling uniforms
By those colors splash.
That bunking of classes
And escaping teacher`s thrash.
Small was the endurance
But high were the aims.
Exams were the devils
And teacher who complaints
Living in our own world
Sometimes mature, sometimes insane.
Those days are gone now
Those pals seem to be lost
But I get this deep urge
Whenever I retrospect
I want to go back.
I want to go back.
Now we realized
How difficult is life
A savage circle
A never –ending fight
Unsympathetic, too cruel
Warfare to survive.
Misleading deceiving friends
And their cruel nasty smiles.
Thousands ready to back stab
The moment you close your eyes.
How so ever you endure
Still thousands of uncovered miles.
I`ve learnt, I’m prepared now
But that `me` probably, am lost.
I get this deep urge
Whenever I retrospect
I want to go back
I want to go back.
